How hard was the projector install?? I want to do it but dont want to tear my headlight houseing up to never use it again

And how hard was it getting the wrecked bike back together?
The guy you bought it from wants to get an R1 I told him that it was a VERY bad idea
The projector mod took some time for sure. But I could take it all apart and make my headlights stock again if i wanted. You headlight will not be destroyed. There are many threads about it on the r6-forum.com.

The orange bike was not wrecked bad at all. It had some bent forks but that's about it. I put it back together and took it straight to the track with out any issues. It ran great. There some video on stlmoto some where.

I don't think that he should buy a R1. He should figure out a R6 first. Are you the guy that I bought the fairing from at IMOs?

Yeah, it was timely but really not that hard. I just got a extra set of headlights so I could work on it slowing with out putting the bike down. I will tell you its worth the time they are great at night. I use to just have HIDs in stock housing and would always get flashed. I have these adjusted right so I don't blind on coming traffic now but still very bright... its a must have. Go for it!
