Hi gang. I recently picked up a new maroon/silver/black 08 CBR1000RR, which has been sitting in my garage for over three weeks now due to the weather. I haven't even taken it for a test ride. Never buy a motorcycle during the winter unless you have a very high level of patience.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting out on the road one of these days/weeks/months and maybe seeing some of you. You'll mostly see me in the West County area, whether it's on my CBR or my bicycle. I do a lot of long distance endurance cycling, so if any of you are cyclists drop me a PM.

Hello, I have my bike put away for the winter too and it suck But I still get to play with here fixing everything I broke throughout the year!

good looking bike! Keep an eye on your Oil, it will use alot!!

Seems to be a hit or miss on that. I've heard that around 3% of them have the oil problem so I'm hoping mine won't. It's covered under the Honda Care 5 year extended warranty anyway.

Besides, it hasn't used any oil thus far just sitting in the garage. 4 miles on the odo, put there by the dealer in Chattanooga. Damn this weather.
